Tip of the week

When you lift something, first examine it for size and weight.  Bend forward at the hips, keeping your back straight, and lift close to your body. It should feel like you are sticking your gluteal muscles backward.  Also, if you have to lift something and put it to the right or the left, do not twist your body.  Move your whole body.  Wherever your nose goes, your toes go.
